Selection Process Overview
The primary goal of this process is to assess your experience, prove your sustained expertise, and demonstrate your ability to manage risk under real market conditions.
Identity Documents and Professional Records
Submission of the following documents is mandatory to verify your identity and professional background:
- Professional Resume (CV): Including educational, work history, and software/technical specializations relevant to trading.
- Verified Contact Information: Official and active phone number and email address.
- Identification Documents: Scanned copy of passport or national ID for completing the identity verification process (KYC/AML).
- Financial/Credit Clearance Certificate: (If required) to verify your financial standing.
Verified Trading History Documentation
This section is the core of proving your expertise. Providing access or verified statements from intermediary platforms (such as MyFXBook, Forex Factory, or similar platforms) is mandatory.
- Trading History: Submission of trading records for at least the last 12 to 24 months with acceptable volume (Real Trading Account).
- Platforms Used: Trading history in Crypto and Forex markets, specifying the main platforms used (MT4/MT5, recognized exchanges, etc.).
- Performance Consistency Period: Proof of the ability to generate stable profits across different market cycles (bullish, bearish, sideways).
- Verified Third-Party Report: Provision of view links for verified profiles that publicly display the following information.
Key Performance Indicators
You must prove your ability to maintain profitability and manage risk according to the high standards of FCA-regulated firms. The main criteria reviewed are:

| Absolute Return | The total percentage profit generated over the specified time frame (e.g., annual ROE). |
| Profit Factor | The ratio of gross profit to gross loss. A number above 1.5 is approved. |
| Win Rate | The percentage of successful trades (evaluated based on the strategy). |
| Average Risk-to-Reward (Avg. R:R) | The average ratio of profit to loss per trade. A suitable number is expected to cover potential losses. |
| Average Holding Time | To determine your trading style (scalping, day trading, swing trading). |
Strategy and Risk Management Description
Submission of a specialized document (minimum 500 words) demonstrating your deep understanding of the market and commitment to capital management:
- Trading Strategy Description (Trading Edge): A complete explanation of entry, exit, position management, and analytical tools used (Technical, Fundamental, or Hybrid).
- Risk Percentage Determination: The maximum allowable risk percentage per trade (Risk per Trade) and the maximum daily and weekly loss tolerance you have set for yourself (Max Loss Tolerance).
- News and Events Management Plan (Fundamental Plan): How you handle major fundamental events (such as NFP, interest rates, etc.) and your strategy for avoiding or capitalizing on high volatility.
- Adherence to Capital Protection Principles: Proof that your strategy focuses first on capital protection and then on profitability.
Commitment, Specialized Exam, and In-Person Interview
After reviewing the above documents and initial approval, the trader will proceed to the final selection stages:
- Simulated Exams: Readiness to participate in complex and precise exams in a simulated environment that assesses your performance under stress and variable market conditions.
- In-Person Interview at Headquarters: Acceptance of the condition that upon passing the initial stages, you will be invited to the Company Headquarters in the UK for the final specialized interview.
- Commitment to Physical Presence: Providing a written declaration confirming there are no obstacles (legal, visa, or personal) to traveling and attending the UK headquarters at the time specified by the company.
- Written Commitment to Supervision: Providing a written commitment for full cooperation under the supervision of the company's risk managers and experts, and complete adherence to internal organizational rules.
- Deposit of Legal Commitments and Guarantees: Following complete success in the in-person interview and the final specialized exam at the UK headquarters, the process of formal contract signing, execution of commitments, and deposit of required collateral/guarantees (if necessary) will be finalized by the selected trader and the company, officially commencing the partnership.
